Shipping time

Packages are shipped within 1-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. This allows you to track your package until it is delivered to you. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the delivery service and your location.

 

Do I pay for shipping?

Yes, the shipping costs are €4.20. All orders from €70 receive standard free shipping.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

• The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

• If an incorrect shipping address is provided, please contact us immediately to correct it before your order is processed.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items

• We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once the package is shipped, it is the carrier’s responsibility.

• If your package is lost, stolen or damaged, please contact the carrier directly so they can assist you further.
