Return Policy

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. Are you not 100% satisfied? Please send an email to our customer service at info@2flyjewelry.com with the reason for your return or complete the questionnaire below. Our customer service team will respond to your return request within 1-5 business days and provide you with further instructions. Please note that processing your return may also take 1-5 business days after receipt.

Return Conditions

  • All returns must be initiated within 14 days from the delivery date

  • Each item of 2FLY  must be returned in its original condition and original 2FLY packaging.

  • It’s not possible to return of get a refund for items that are in sale

  • The client is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service at info@2flyjewelry.com or fill in the questionnaire below.

  2. Our team will process your return request within 1-5 business days. If approved, you will receive further instructions for returning the item.

  3. It takes 1-5 business days for us to process your return after receiving the item.

  4. Once your return has been approved and processed, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Quality Assurance

  • Before we send our items, we check whether they are damaged.

  • 2FLY will not accept damaged goods due to the buyer’s negligence for a refund. Exceptions may apply.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

  • If an incorrect shipping address is provided, please contact us immediately to correct it before your order is processed.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items

  • We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once the package is shipped, it is the carrier’s responsibility.

  • If your package is lost, stolen or damaged, please contact the carrier directly so they can assist you further.
